Onshore and Offshore Agile

Gazelle Software Solutions is a new venture based in Bath, UK. The founders of Gazelle have an average of over 25 years experience in the IT industry with experience in many aspects of software development.
During the past six years we have built up a wealth of experience applying Agile methods to large software development projects within large corporations. Out of this we have built up a large knowledge base on how to successfully deliver Agile software projects.
Offshore development has become a well-established practice across the IT industry, and we have pioneered the usage of blended onshore and offshore development teams in delivering large Agile projects. Our experience has been that using offshore resources in Eastern Europe and Russia gives highly effective results for Agile software projects.
The right blend of Agile methods, onshore and offshore resources is a combination that can generate excellent business value for clients.
